Meet Our Staff
I am truly a fortunate man as I have the privilege of working with the nicest and most highly
qualified people anyone could ask for. I have written a descriptive paragraph about each one of these
ladies in a way they would not have humbly written about themselves.
A bio of myself follows.
As you get to know us we look forward to getting to know you.
Just as the letter C is used to describe the characteristics of a diamond, it can be also associated
with Judy Ferrin. She is Caring, Competent, Charismatic, Creative, and everything in her world is about
Color. Her decorating skills are extraordinary and she receives compliments daily for the special touches
she continually adds to the interior of our office.
Because of the help she received from chiropractors early on and throughout her life since, Judy has
dedicated her professional life to chiropractic care. Twenty of her nearly thirty years helping patients
as a chiropractic assistant have been with Reinen Chiropractic Office. She is the quarterback of our team
and a winner besides.
Outside the office Judy consults with people about interior decorating and she enjoys spending time with
her son, Todd, and his wife, Ji-Yeon, and many friends.
Don't let her soft-spoken voice and demure persona fool you.
Donna Gardner has a flare for life. She loves to drive her car with the top down and escape to the Wisconsin northland where she can paddle her canoe and spend time with her family.
Donna & her husband, Glenn, also own Dykman's Time Shop on University Ave in Madison.
Donna has a contagious laugh and her caring and helpful attitude is very evident. Our patients are reassured by her twenty-plus years of knowledge and experience in the area of health care
As the oldest of eight children Dr. Reinen grew up in the rural atmosphere of Sun Prairie, WI.
He attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison and after earning his Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders
he and his wife, Karen, moved to Aurora, Colorado. As a speech and language therapist Dr. Reinen worked with a
variety of special needs students and also enjoyed coaching wrestling and gymnastics.
Dr. Reinen decided to attend Palmer College of chiropractic after he and Karen and their infant daughter, Shawna,
experienced the benefits of chiropractic care. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1980 Dr. Reinen managed a
satellite clinic for his good friend and mentor, Brad Hayes, D.C. in Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, realizing the
importance of family relationships he moved back home and opened Reinen Chiropractic Office in Verona on
August 9, 1982. His practice grew steadily and now Dr. Reinen is proud of having helped literally thousands
of people from throughout south-central Wisconsin.
Besides his daughter, Shawna, who owns SOJO BLAU salon in Verona, Dr. Reinen has two sons.
Jason is a registered nurse who works at a hospital in Seattle, WA. Trevor, who was adopted from Paraguay at the age of two, is a special
young man who is very dedicated to his work at McDonalds and as a volunteer at Badger Ridge Middle School.
Over the past years, Dr. Reinen has demonstrated a commitment to his community and profession by holding offices
in the Verona Chamber of Commerce, Police and Fire Commission, Optimist Club, and Wisconsin Chiropractic Association.
For over ten years he served as a director of the Bank of Verona. These days Dr. Reinen spends part of his free
time engaged in fitness activities and is working on running a half marathon in all 50 states. When the weather
is nice he and Trevor enjoy taking their 1964 Impala SS convertible and 1985 El Camino to car shows around southern
The essentials of good health are proper diet and nutrition, rest, exercise, a positive mental attitude,
and sound nervous system. By listening to his patients and emphasizing those areas as they relate to the whole
person Dr. Reinen believes better treatment outcomes are being achieved at Reinen Chiropractic Office.
